Dough
5 dl of all purpose flour
1.5 dl of water
Filling
400 g minced meat
1 clove of garlic (pressed)
salt
black peppar
1. Mix the flour with water and make a dough.
2. Mix the minced meat with the pressed garlic, season with salt and peppar.
3. Roll out the dough in circles around 7-8 cm in diameter. Place some meat in the middle and fold to make a dumpling. I use a dumpling maker which is the quickest way to go.
4. Place the dumplings in a steamer for 7-9 minutes and they're ready to eat.
